If you have an issue related to Metatime, you can request help from the "Support Center" section. On the Support Center page, you can also view previously received requests or answers.
To create a request:
Log in to your Metatime account and go to the "My Account" option.
Click on the "Support Center" option located on the left side of the page that opens.
When the support center page opens, click on the "Create Support Request" button located in the top right corner.
- Identify which product or service you want to get help for.
- Select the topic of the support request from among the options.
- After entering the relevant information for the topics you want to get support for, click on the "Create New Support Request" button located in the bottom right corner.
- In the section specified as "Support Request", enter a title related to the topic you want to get support for.
- Describe the details of the topic you want help with and click on the "Submit" option.
You're done now! Metatime Support Team will respond to you as soon as possible.
